All products purchased at The Animal House Online Storeare backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy. Below you will find the return information and instructions.

Return instructions:
  1. A Return Authorization number must be obtained prior to return shipment.  Please contact us at store@theanimalhouse.net or call (207) 563-5595 for your Return Authorization number.
  2. Include a copy of your invoice, or if no longer available, please enclose a letter with the following information:
      1. Name
      2. Address
      3. Phone Number
      4. Email Address
      5. Reason for Return
      6. Return Authorization Number from Step 1

  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  You may use the carrier of your choice, i.e. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  5. In order for The Animal House staff to approve your return, the product must still be in it's original packaging. (i.e. the bag or jar the product comes in.) We will not accept any returns including loose product not in original packaging.

Please note: Any return request* more than 30 days after the shipping date, a store credit will be issued in place of a credit back to your credit card. 

*REQUEST* - You may call (207-563-5595) or email into customer service up until 30 days after the ship date to receive credit back to your credit card. The product can arrive after the 30 days as long as you have spoken with a customer service representative about your return prior.

Note: 15% restocking fee may be applicable in certain cases
